ORDINANCE NO. 3168
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO .ALTO
AME~~ING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-80 TO
PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE RELOCATION OF A HOUSE
\or.."iER.EAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June
18, 1979, did adopt a budget for fi.scal year 1979-80; and
WHEREAS, the City has offered and has accepted a house from
:~orthern California Savings; and
~.ffiEREAS, the Council desires to relocate this house to an
ap _Yropriate G it.e owned by the City;

ORDAIN as follows:
_§EC_IION 1. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50, 000) is
appr:opriated to the Planning Division of the Planning and Corn.rnunity
Environment Department and the General Contingeni; Reserve is
correspondingly decreased.
SECTION 2. An env.ironmemtal assessment bas been conducted and
the Council finds that the proposed project will not have a signif.i
car.t adve,:rse environmental impact.
SECTION_~. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
as provided in Section 12 uf Article III of the Charter and Section
2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
