ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING A PLAN I•'OR THE I~ll'ROVEMENTS
OF THE RECYCLING CENTER IN BYXREE PARK
WHEREAS, Article VIII of· the Charte.r of the City of Palo Alto and
Section 22.08.005 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code require that before
any subs tnnt:ial building, cons t.ruct ion, rcc.ons true tion, or de'-_'e lop~ent
is con~enced or approved upon or with respect to any land held by the
