ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08. O~.Q OF THE PALO ALTO :~ruNI
CIPAL CODE (THE ZONING HAP) TO CHANGE THE
CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 165 BRYANT STREET
FROH R-1 TO RN-1
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follo1vs:
SECTION 1.. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "ZonJ.ng Map, 11 is hereby amended by changing the zoning of cer
tain propertv knovm as 165 Bryant Street from R-1 (Single Familv
Residence District Regulations) to RH-1 (Re.s tri.c ted De.ns i ty Hul t i r 1 e
Family Residence District Regulations) as shmvn on the map attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that this change will have
no sfgn:Lffi~ant adverse. enviro.1menta.l impact. '
SECTION 3. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above
property-fSconsistent "d.th the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City
of Palo Alto.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the c.om
menceiiiemt ortn'e thirty-first day afte:c the day of :i.ts passage.
