ORDINANCE OF TUE COUNCIL OF-rrimC'ITY OF PALOALTO
FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-1980
FOR RETIREMENT OF VOTER-APPRO'l/ED BOND DEBT AT NINE
MILS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The tax rate of the City of Palo Alto required
for retirement of voter-approved bond debt during the fiscal year
colllm.encing July 1, 1979, and ending June 30~ 1980, ia hereby fixed
at nine Mils ($0.009) to he levied upon each One Hundred Dollars
of a.ssese,ed valuation of property in the City of Palo Alto in
accordance with the equalized assessments for said fiscal year.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED at a. regulax:· meeting of the Council
of the City of Palo Alto on Monday, the _2UtiL. day of August, 1979;
