FIXI.NG AN ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YF.AR 1979-1980 FOR
THE CAL!FORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFFSTR.EET PAR'KING
PROJECT NO. 60-8
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION ~· There is hereby levied against and upon all of the
real property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3363 of Preliminary
Determinat1.on and of Intention, adopted February 27, 1961 (except
publicly O~Ttled property) , a special assessment in the surn of $0 ~ 1+67
upon each On~ Hundred Dollars ($100) of' assessed valuation thereof,
:for interest and principal installments due on Cali.fornia Avenue
District Parking Bonds of 1962.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the Ca.Tff.ornia Environmental Qu.ality Act and, therefor, no environ
mental impact assessment :l.s necessary.
