ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' PALO ALTO
FIXING ~~ ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1979-1980 FOR
THE CALIFORNlA AVENUE DISTRICT OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 55-5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto doe.s ORDAIN' as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the
real property (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention N0. 2650,
adopted September 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in use in
the performance of a public function)1 a special assessnent in the
Sl~ of $ 0.4~8 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed
valuatioi1th~r.eof, fo:r. interest and principal installments due on
Bone Plan E, California Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1956.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not a project under
the CaTIIOrnfa Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ
mental impact assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adop
tion.
