MOTION: Councilmember Lu moved, seconded by Councilmember Stone, to recommend the
City Council approve the 2026 Business Retention, Expansion, and Attraction (BRE/A) Strategy
MOTION PASSED: 3-0
2. Economic Development Activity Report August 2026
MOTION: Councilmember Stone moved, seconded by Councilmember Lu, to recommend that
the Economic Development Committee receive this Economic Development Activity Report for
the month of August 2026.
