AGREEMENT PUBLIC REVIEW OF COMPLIANCE
REOUEST
The Palo Alta Medical FournIation, pursuanllO Section 9(1) of the Development Agreement
between the Medical foundation and &he City, is requerting that the City issue. Certificate of
Compliance that the foondatioo is in compliance with the Agreement

Staff recommends that the City Council:
I. Find that the Medical Foundation has ~plied in good faith with the tenns and
conditions oftbe Agreement; and
2. Direct stafflO issue a Certificate ofComplian<e 10 the Medical Foundation. acc:orol1lg

a. The Agreement remains in effect, and
b. The Foundation is no! in default.

constructioo ""tivities because of litigation of the Development Agreement and subsequent
