FISCAL IMPACT In 1994-199!>, the fundQg focthe C!P design consultant was split between the General Fund Budget Stabilization Reserve and Electric Rate Stabilization Reserve. Fer 1995-1996, the source of funding will be $20,000 from the General Fund and $20,000 from the Electric Fund.
