F..xECUTIVE SUMMARY The a_bed contracts provide for aliOTiety 0( ranger patrol and mainlenanee services. Since 1983. the City has e<>ntracted with CLM for ranget service, to supplement Opea Space and Sciences' staff. CLM has dem()(lSlrated the ability to provide services in the area 0( visible patrol. minoc law enforcement. CPR and emergency firs! aid, routine maintenance and janitorial services.
