EXECIi1JYE SUMMARY Council approved the initial agreemem with Consolidated Engineering on July 26, 1993 (CAR 404:93). retaining their services for materials IeSting and inspection on various capital improvement pl"ojeclS. CoosoIidated Engineering was one 0( seven qualifi<:d firms who submitted proposals for this services agreement. All proposals were reviewed in accordance with the City's procedures for coosultml selection. CoosC>Iidated Engineering was selected because 0( their breadth of testing and inspection services, and cornpeoove pricing.
