bid exm:ded the projeckod fiscal year 1995·96 budget request for landscape maintenance
aervkes by $55.185. h addi1ion, several COOlraclon did oot respond 10 the request. Two
ocbec bidders who failed 10 sub mil bids have DOW expressed an interest in submitting bids.
The bid quotations and <ootractors' reasons for noI: responding are found in Attachment A.
After careful analysis, slaff is recommending rejeclioo 01 all bids and rebiMmg the project.
Staff will e,..,.mle the solicita1ion 01 competitive bids from John J. SbooIer, four Seasons
lAndscape and Mainlenance Inc., John Gachina, and lOY ocbec interesled party. This will
require the City 10 entec inJo one or more contracts for DO more Illan the firs! Illree month.
