The ordinance has been revised to delete the provision. On November 29,1994, staff was advised that representatives of CLEAN South Bay may speak at the Council Meeting on December 5, 1994, to state their concerns \\'ith the Clrdina.'lce. Three letters from CLEAN are attached giving the details of their concerns. In summary. they do not beheve thaI the Palo Allo Ordinance requirements for Metal Finishing Faciiities are stringent enough, CLE.4J.'l representatives requested that their letters (attacbed) be made a part of the Council packet.
