SUMMARY The resideoce located at 1106 Bryant SUeet is not on the Historic InventO<)' bUI is in the ProfessorvilJe Hio;toric District. The P AMC requires the demolition application be referred 10 the Historic Resources Board (HRB) for review and j>O<slble recommendation 10 the Council There is an automatic sixty day moratorium on issuance of tbe demolition pemtit. Upon recommendation of the HRB or any interested person the Council may extead the moratorium for up 10 ooe year. The application .. ill be reviewed by the HRB on June 7, 1995.
