EXEQTTIYE SUMMARY
On October 20, 1994, the An:bitecrural Review Board (ARB) recommended approval of t..he
proj~t subject to several ccnditmns.. On No','ernb~r 30, 1994, the. Plarming Commi:s.:s.ion
recommended appfO'/al of the project with tindings and conditions
The applicant requ~ts that the public hearing be wntinued to provide an opportunlty to
respond to the r«ommendatlons of the Planrung Commission at fhe November 30, 1994

modifying the number of units in the proje..."'t,. but has instead decided to proceed "vith the

December 13, 1994 Jetter iDdicates that the applicant would like the project continued to
January 23, 1995 so that he rna)' prepare for a d~scussion of public benefits.
