'Ibis request is made by staff because of the complexity of the Council's motion and the importance of thaf motiL)O in the forthcomi.ng process to review a s~cific development proposal and pW'Chase th~ property, RECOMMENDATIONS Attached is the portion of the City Cierk's Action Agenda for the November 28, 1994 meeting that relates to item 5, tho Planning Commi"jon recommen<!at;ons regording 753 Alma Stree~ Staff, including the City Attorney, have reviewed the motion for 753 Alma Street.
