RECOMMENDATIONS
At the continuing request of neighbors of Jo!tnsoo Park, staffbas removed It .. hoop from the
becl<board oCtbe basI<eIba!I court in tbe Park fur a six-month bial period. At the end oCthe rial
period. staff will meet with llle community 10 as"'01110 impact of the loss of basketball play
at the Park and will report 10 the Policy and Servias Coounltt~ with reoommendations fur

abusive language and hours of Park usc. Many problems have beeD reduced by park rangers
patrclling the Park and c!iscussWns with neighbcn. basketball players and ome, park use.-..
The remaining concem is the use of tho basketball court. Neighbors bave complained tba.! the
