~VTIVE SUMMARY
At the Council's Nuvember 9, 1994 meeting on the Comprehensive Plan update, the
CouncIl discussed their intl!flded process and procedures for reviewing the gua/, policy and
progr.i1TI recommendations of the Comprehenst .... e Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) and
related Board a.'1d Conunis.:.ion rei.:ommendations. In reSpl)nSe to that discussion, staff has
prepared and inciuded in the attached binder two items:
