Division of the Public ~orks Department. To fund this expense, the
University Avenue Special Assessment Debt Service Fund is reduced
by $15, ODD and the California Avenue Special Assessment Debt
Service Fund is reduced by $8, 000,

Avenue Debt Service Designated Fund Balance from $16,130.08 to
$1,130,08 as of Noveml~:t-30, 1994 and will decrease the California
