EXfCUTIYJ: SUMMARY
The remodeling of the Ci\'ic Center secon~ third, and fourth floors c<Jmpletes the
reronfi gtmttion of C ity H211 office spaces. This will be accomplished by relocating the Finance
Department to the fourth floor, the remaining Utilities personnel from the fourth floor to the
second., a.."'ld fe(;onftgure a portion of the third floor for better operating ctliciencles. This
project has been contingent upon <oml'letion of the Mezzanine and ei ghth floor buildou! projCC'"
whicll is DOW complete. "1m; work will be completed as a phased project to be accomplished
during evening and weekend hours to accommodate the occupants without the necessity of
