an inc-rea,e of 519,476 over the origiflal $41,O()Q landscape maintenance. Total funding for
1995 4 96 equ2ls: S81,829, an increase 01 !40,819, and 1996-1997 equals 582,79'7, an increase
of S41.797. The incre~es. res.ult from necessary adjustments in service levels, ret1ecting a
response to citizen complaint!. and expressed coJrllnunity needs, change order authority,
structural correction of a previous contract staff believes was under bid in one area., and
infla lion.
