bids SIlbmitted and recommends that the low bid of $1,822,630.06 submitred by O'Grady
Paving, Inc. he determined by CoonciI to be the lowest responsible bid and that the contract
be zwarded IICC<){dingly. Bids ranged from. high of $2,213,282.66 t;:) a low bid of
$1.822,630.06. The low bid is 11 perc;,nt below the Engineer's estimate {){ $2,200,500.

notified. Also. the cootraclOr will band deliver door hanger notices seven days and 72 boors
