POI.ICY IMPYCADONS EXF1VIJYE SUMMARY The following report is • summarf of all citizens' complaints received and investigated by the Palo Alto Police Department during the first calendar qu arler of 1995. A total of nine complaints were received during this period (January -March 1995). Nine investigations have been concluded.
