The R WQCi"s pollution prevention plan for 1995, calkd the J 995 Cle"" Bay Plan, describes
the sewer and st1ll'lllWaler pollution prevention 3C~ities that me R WQCP and the City of Palo
AlIo are cooducting to ~ San Fr.mcisro Bay. The Clean Bay Pian also describes \be
