"The Sum of Three Hundred .Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000) is hereby authorized to be loaned to the Palo Alto Housing Corporation, The Commercial In-Lieu Housing Fund is cDrrespondingly reduced and the Reserve for Notes Receivable is correspondingly increased. This transaction will decrease the commercial In­ Lieu Housing Fund from $3,0751566 to $2,700,556 and will increase the Reserve for Notes Receivable from .$0 to $315,000 as of September 21, 1994.
