Palo Alto Municipal Code (FAMe) S(.':ctil)n 2.30.(140 wthorizes the City Manager to e.nter
1nto agreements for use of property or purthas.e of property where tIlt; term of any
agreement for use of property is one year or le~s or the City's expenditures do not exceed
$2.\,000, provided, however, that City pro",,")' at the Cubberley ,ite may be leased or
rented by the City Manager to third parties for tenns riat in excess of five years. The
Municipal Code: requires a wdtten report of ali sllch agreements be made annuaJly by the
Cit)' Manager to the City Council, The attached rcpmt transmits the information required
by the Municipal Code.
