Staff Iw identified L'le primary off<nding group, who happens to t>e • participant in
lourll&mel\U spons<>red by .tATgor, bUI well behaved permitted user group. Staff has taken
the following corrective steps to control further abuse of the Cubberley fields;
1. Siaff met with t~ permitted groups to make sure they understand the problem and
the rules associated lVith field use. They will exert what ever influence they can
upon the offe-~ding team to s.:e that they und\!rstand and adhere to Held use rules.
Staff are also ;ittemptin,g 10 meet "'-"'ith the offending team. Should continued abuse
occur~ the team will not be allowed to usc: the fields under any condition.
2. Fliers have been distributed to Ilsa group me-mbers exptaining field use rules.
