Master Improvement Plan in 1992_ Since the Fall of 1993, a committee COIbisting of City staff;. the Golf Ac!visO<)' Committee, the Golf Course C«poration, existing lenan!., and intere.ted citizens has been overseeing the preparation of the Pb>.n. The <:ommittee bas spen! ronsiderable time and effort in woddng with consultants 10 cIe\-elop the Master Imp<ovement Plan and has produced a Ihocough and workable document. The current site and design application was filed on December 21, 1994_ The Master Improvement Pian was reviewed by the Planning Commiss:on on March 29, 1995 and by the Architectural Review Board on Apn1 20, 1995.
