Furthermore, experience has show-n that artificially low posted speed limit signs have little, it any, significant influence on driver behavior. B. Speed Enfgrcement General traffic enforcement is oonducted by all patrol officers. The Police Department's Traffic Team is stafted by f i Vft off ieers and one sergeant. The primary responsiQility ot the Traffic Team is to deal with all traffic-related problems within the City.
