Following Menlo Park's review and approval, Palo Alto will advertise for bids for construction of 1he Project. Following receipt of bids, Palo Alto will submit to Menlo Park the bid Paio A~to lntenc;s to accept for the Project for review and approval. Palo Alto shall then aw.ard and administer the construction contract.
