CenIU. The attached recommendations were the unanimous opinion of the Committe. and
reiled their wock over I six·month peOOd. .

have been discussed ill Carmittee meetings and are expected to be
corrected during future enrollment efforts). Accordingly. ~he

(financial and ot.her) appropriately as the Terman COIrIrn.m:ity Center

presently functional and restroom upgrading is schedUled for the
City's 95·96 fiscal year for Wing :;0. some capital improvements may
have to be made to meet COde requirements and safety and welfare
considerations. As discussed in (d) and (e) aboVe, i"terim

and to upgrade t.he Library to -give it more prccnioeoce and make it
