Staff recommends that the City Ccuncil approve !'bases I and II of llIe final subdivision

SUMMARY
On October 17, 1994, the City ('<>unci! approved the tentative map 10 merge nine
existing parcels into DIle 9O.000-square-foot parcel and resubdivide it into 19 parcels.

conformance with the approved tentative mop. the State Map Act. and the Palo Alto
Municipal Code. All conditions of approval, including execution of the subdivision
improvement agreement between ll!e City and the app1kan~ have been met The
subdivision improvement agreement £0< Tract 869S includes a requirement that llIe
appliclllll comply wit!> Program 13 of the Cily of Palo Alto Housing Element, either by
