Members of the Council: Report in--kill This ~eport recommends that the Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the attached one year contract (Attachror,nt A, M'ith options tor two additional years at the ~ame unit bid price) with Raymond J. Bragato, Inc. in the amount of $36,750.00 for asphalt paving services. Funds for the first year of the contract are available in the IT 94;-95 Gas Capital Improvement program 9udget. Cont.ract funds for asphalt paving in option y.ears two and three will be contingent. upon Council' B approval of the Gas Capital Improvement Program Budget for FY9S-96 and F'i.96-9·!. Background Asphalt paving request for bid was aent to four bidders. Three bids were received and Raymond J. l:i:ragato InC'. was the lowest bidder for the services requested. The asphalt paving contract is necessary for restoring asphalt pavement. over mains installed by in-house construction crews. Environmental Impact Assesgment The Council finds that. this project will have no significant environmental impact. CMR:403:94 ... ·,'. '\, . , ..
