Thia is an infornlational staff report transmitt ing the attached
f.low chart that identifies the key steps and dates for-completion
of Pt,ase II (Development of Policies and Programs for inclusion
in a draft Plan) of the Comprehensive Plan update p1:'OCeSB, Note
that the Dl:aft IV policies and programs are to be transmitted t'.o
the Council in the September e Council pac).:;et. The Council and
Planning Corrrni.B~ion will have a joint study session with the
Comprehensi .... e Plan Advisory Corrmittee on Thursday, Septemhex-22.
Review by City 80ards and commissions will occur in late
Sef.'temher and Oct,-'ber, with Coullcil consideration schedul~d for
November 7, 9. and 15~ pluB whatever additional time, if any. is
needed~
