This easement was ocqulred on May n, 1938; however, there are no facilities located
wilhin !be easement. It has no( been lItl1iz<d in <>ver five coosecufive yean, and the
UtIlities Department It.. delermined that it is D<J! necessary fix any present 0< future
public nse_ The easement vacation processing fee of $300, as set fo<Ih in the Munidpal
Fee Scbed<llc, has beea paid by the property owners and is being beld in escrow pen<fmg
rocordalion of Ibe summary vacation document.
