Each of the three community design workshops focused on a part of the City that the Compl-ehensive Plan Adv-isory Committee (CPACl identified as likely to undergo change during the life of the revised Comprehensive plan. The Transportation Workshop explored citywide transportation issues. httached you will tind the workshop reports summarizing the results of the four workshops. The Community Design Workshop reports were p:repared by Cal thorpe Associate~. and the Transportation Workshop Report was prepared by Moore. Iacofano,' Goltsman (MIG). assisted by Cambridge Systematics. The workshop reports describe the context and purpose of the I.;"orkshops and 8ummari~.e the ideas' and concepts presented by workshop participants. E-~ach of the community design workshop reports includ~s a Composite Diagram of recommendations, based on id.eas that had broad support from the working 91"OUPS at the workshops" 'I'he reports provide potential ideas or direction for action over the next 20 years. One of the purposes in conducting the community workshops was to test the draft Comprehensive Plan Policies and Programs developed by CPAC.
