Additional details about the G-bond Capital Improvement Projects can be found in Exhibit 0 in the Appendix. In the process of developing the assessment formula foJ:.' the new Cambridge Garage assessments, an issue was l:aised by the City'S parking consultant regarding the manner in which parking credits were originally allocated to certain properties in the Californi~ Avenue~ Keystone Parking Lot Project, This resulted in ten property owners being over-assessed a total of aPPl.'oximately $11,000 since 1987, when the bonds for this project were sold. A listing of the pal:cela affected and the corresponding amounts is contained in Exhibit G in tile Appendix. The calculation of parking credit ~rr.ountB has been corrected, ano staff proposes to refund the pal"eel o ..... ners in the amounts listed in the schedule. Funds for this purpose are available in an assessment reserve.. therefci"e, there is no increase in individual assessments this year to finance this refund.
