The Council minutes of July 12, 1993, are being forwarded to yc .. u
in your packet for your approval. Item No. 11, Appeal of the
decision of the Dir-ector of planning and community Environment,
based on the recommendation of the .~-chitectural Revi-ew Board
{ARB), r~garding the property located at 600 C~lorado Avenue~
correctly reflects the action the council adopted on July l2,
1993.
It appears that r while the conditions of approval for the ARB
applica't.ion were co:t'rectly presented to the Council, an
accompanying set of U~e Permit cO::1diticns .... as attached in error.
That set of conditions was inacvertently taken from an earJier
draft and d:j.d not represent the final conditions, as actually
approved by the Council when it approved the Use Permit on
Octo~er 19~ 1992.
No change to the minut.es or to Lh~ Council's actions is
necessary; however, the City Attorney has advised that the
inadv~rtency should be noted in order to clear up any confusion.
