address to May 9, the Hay 9 Council Study Session on Enterprise
FUnd Budget Issues has been cancelled. The repor.ts which were to
have been discussed on that night are included in this week's

opcciflc questions about issues rai sed in the reports to contact
staff diroctly .... i th questions. The issues will be discussC:!d fully
at the K~y 17 Finance committee mccting on the Enterprise Funds.
Council Members may attend that meeting \lnder the new Brown Act
provisions, although they ..... ould not bc able to vote on the
Co~lttee/s reconmendation to the full Council.
