Thie report is an illfonnational report and does not require Council
action. Beginning in August 1.993. the Historic Resources Board and
Ruman Relations Commission meetings will b~ cablecast live over
Governm.ent Access Channel :i.6. With the addition of these two meetings,
the City will :be cablecasting eight different Council, comnittee~
commission and board meetings.

Cn June 22, 1993,· Council approved the addition af the Historic
Resources Board and Human Relations Commission meetings to the schedule
of meetings that are cablecast. With this addition, all Council~
ccmmittee. commission and board meetings held in the Council Chambers or
council Conference Room are now c3blecast as show in Exhibit. 1. This
provides the opportunity for citizens to view City proceedings almost
any day of the week as shown in Exhibit 2.
