This report corrects two numbers in the February 10, 1994 staff
report {CMR:148:94) recommending Council approval of a contract
with cal thorpe Associates. The attached pages 4 and 5 from the
Februar£ 10 report identify the corrections.
As identified in the attachment, funds allocated to th~ Interim
Contract with Cal thorpe Associates are $13,000 rather than the
$17,000 identified in the February 10 report. This correction is
balanced by increasing the contingency by $4,ODO to S15,lS9+ The
total funds for this work that were approved by the Council on
November 8, 1593 remain unchanged at ~lS5,OOIJ.
Staff recommends that the City Council approve and authorize the
Mayor to execute the agreement attached to the February la~ 1994
staff report (CMR:148:94) for consultant ser~ices with Calthorpe
Associates for preparation of the Community Form and Character

recommends also that City Council authorize the City Manager to
