This report transmits proposea changes to the Municipal Fee
Schedule for Animal Services. These chanqes were inadvertently
excluded from the fee changes made by Council with the passage of
the 1993-94 Interim Budget. Only the fee areas that have changes
are included in the attached schedule (Attachment A).

ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL of THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AKE!fI)ING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94
TO AMENll THE MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR
ANIMAL SERVICES DIVISION FEE CHANGES
NOT INCLUDED IN THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE
WHEltEAS, pu:,csuant to the provisions of section 12 of Article
ZII of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the council on June
21, 1993 did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1993-94; and
WR.£R.EAS, the Animal Services Division of the City of Palo
Alto's Police Department is proposing fee chanqes that were omitted
rroa the fiscal vear 1993-94 Municipal Fee Schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, the council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. police Department Fees in the Municipal Fee
SChedule will be modified to include the fee changes shown in
Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. This transaction will have no impact on Reserves.
SECTJON J. Tt,e Council of the City ot palo Alto hereby finds
that the enactment of this ordinance is not a project under the
Ca1ifornia ~vironmental Quality Act ana, therefore, no environmen
tal impact assess.ent is necessary.
