Members of the Coun~il:
city staff met wit:,. the City Auditor to informally revie. the
-issues· raised in the PACCC audit as they relate to city staffls
monitoring contract.. This .... as an informational review and 'Wi3:S not
intended to serve as ~ forum for staff response to the issues which
were raise~. '
As a result of the meeting, staff understands the issues and why
t~e Auditor cited them. It became clear during the meeting that it
is very likely there are several related a,eas to be considered
when an official response is prepared~ The response to the
identified i~sues and any related ones vi!1 be made when the formal
(and complete) audit report is forwarded to the Council~
