The final map has been reviewed by the City Engineer. It has been found to be in conformance with the approved tentative map. the State Map Act, and the Palo Alto Municipal Code. All condition& of approval, including execution of th~ Subdivision Improvement Agreement bet~een the City and the applicant, have been met. ~virQnmental Assessment A Neqative Decl~ration was prepared and approved prior to the app~oval of the tentative rnapi no further environmental assessment is necessary.
