On March 16, 1992, the City Council approved a tentative map to
adjust it property lirle at 211 Melville Avenue and to merge six
parcels and a portion of the Melville Avenue right-of-way into
one lot, for property locate~ at castilleja School, 1310 Bryant
Street, Palo Alto.
The final map has been reviewed by the City Engineer. It has
been found to be in conformance with the approved tentative map.
the State Map Act, and the Palo Alto Municipal Code. All
condition& of approval, including execution of th~ Subdivision
Improvement Agreement bet~een the City and the applicant, have
been met.

A Neqative Decl~ration was prepared and approved prior to the
app~oval of the tentative rnapi no further environmental
assessment is necessary.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the city Council approve the final map.
