This is an infor~ation report. No Cuuncil action is requested.
Attached is a brief summary of the City's action 'this year to date,
relating to the status of pending state and federal legislation.
These actions are based on existing legislative positions adopted
by the Council.
Staff is monitor-ing several additional bills which m8l:~r have the
potential to impact the City and its operations. Staff ~ill report
bacK to Council on these bills in futur~ status reports as these
bills work their ~ay through the legislative process.
