}~T'l; a~plication for a permit to demol ish the: building located at
1110 waverley Street was received on April 6, 1993. This building
is not designated in the Historic Inventory List but is located in
the Professorville Historic District.
The Historic Preservation Ordinance {Section 16.49.070) requires
Council notification and imposes an automatic 60 day moratori~m on
the granting of the demolition permit. The appl ication will be:
reviewed by the Historic Resource,s Board on April 21, 1993. The
Board or any inte.rested person may rE'~c-~e~d that the Council
extend the moratorium up to a maximum or one ye~r~
