Brad Lozares 1 Golf Shop, operating at the Palo Alto Municipal GQlf
Course, has once again been presented with an award as one of
A:tterica's 100 Best Golf Shop Operations for 1992.
This award is based on overall excellence in customer service,
:merchandising, management and staffing respons~bilities pertinent
to overall golf operations, the gol f shop and the driving range
facil ities.
The award is well deserved, as Mr~ Lozares' maDagement conti~ues to
reflect a COlMtitlllent to quality customer service. On behal f of the
city of Palo Alto and the Department of Com..rnunity Services. we
congratulate Mr~ Lozares on his accomplishments.
