On the Nov.cmlber 16 City Council agenda, there ;s likely ta be lengthy
discussion O~ the Single Ro~m Occupancy issue (agenda items 9 and 13) 3nc the
requested Planned Commu~ity zone change for the property at 651 Hamilton
Avenue, 536-576 Middlefield Read and 513-575 Byron Street (agenda item 11).
Staff recorrmends that the City Council cpen the public. heari rigs f<lr the three
Planning Commission reco~ndations (agenda items 10, 11 and 12) and continue
tke hearings to Monday. November 30. This will netessitate hayj~g a Council
meeting on the fifth Monday of November.
