On October 29, 1992, Council directed staff to initiate the Roques: for Prop:lsal process for a
Golf Course Mas:er lmpnJvemer,t Plan. (CMR 453:92) This report recommends thai the
consultant selection be referred to the Council Finance Committee, for the Corr.mince to
determine if they wish to participate.
Since the Council approval to proceed in October. staff ha .. s. been in the process of drafting a
Request for Proposal, as weli as developing a consultant ~leclj("ln C0mminee composed of
membe~s of t.ie Golf Advisory Committee, Golf Course Corporation, and City staff. Letters.
of Interest have been sent out to prospective consultants.
Since this project was approvec! after the adoption of the 19Q3/94 budget, and exceeds $ 25,()()(),
