This report recommends that Cour.cil approve three b" ~_f"ty-t .... ,o month
o::ontracts, with an option for an additional twelve months, to ... Tohn
J~ shootar Inc~. Four Seaso.'1 l s Inc., a.nd Landscape West-North. The
total amount for the three contracts shall not exceed $156,101 per
twelve mC'lnth period for landscape maint~ncll,ce services at var-ious
city facilities.
Funds have been appropriated in the Conmunity services Department,
Parks and Golf Division (Parks Landscape :;1aintenance} and the
Recreation Open Space & Sciences Divisicm (Cl.1oberley Comr:tunity
Center T,andscape Maintenan,:-e} fo!:" 1992-1993 operating budgets for
the first year of the contracts. Funding dollars for years two and
three are contingc.'1t upon counci 1 approval of the budgets for each
subsequent year.
